The price of fabric upholstery cleaning, depends how many seats are cleaned not how many pieces of furniture. We price, couches, sofas and lounge suites depending on the number of seats: one seater, two seater, three seater and so on. For a chaise lounge attached to a sofa, we usually count the chaise as 1.5 – 2 seats.
Removal of stains such as ink, blood, rust, pet stains, coffee, etc. is an additional cost. Most times, we will need to see the stains to quote on them accurately and to determine if they can be removed.

How long does the cleaning take?
Usually a 3-4 seater sofa will take around 1 hour to clean, depending on the condition of the fabric. Upholstery cleaning will take around 2-6 hours to dry depending on the type of fabric e.g. micro suede can take a little longer to dry than synthetic/cotton blends.

This allows us to pin point the area of concern and use the right formula for the job.
Topical Treatments: For pet stains and odor that is recent this treatment will work wonders. We are able to treat the carpet with a urine pre-conditioner. This incredibly effective product suspends urine salts so they can be completely flushed away. We follow this up with a thorough cleaning with an all fiber rinse and then apply our topical treatment. This eco-friendly solution contains enzyme-producing bacteria that digests organic waste, destroying odors at their source for removal.
Subsurface Extraction: This will be used when the urine penetrates the carpet backing and pad, we would now perform a subsurface treatment. We start by using a UV light to perform this process. We locate all the contaminated areas, treating them one-by-one using a specialized solution for ultimate results. We then saturate the areas with a powerful, self-neutralizing oxidizer that not only destroys odor in carpet, but it attacks the stain as well. A water claw will then be used, which is specially designed to flush out the contaminants, removing it to our holding tank for prompt removal. This is followed up with a fresh water rinse and final subsurface extraction to remove remaining pet odor, stains and residue.
